Our Commercial Building Control Process

Once appointed, we'll register the project and notify the relevant Local Authority that Delta Construction Consultants will be responsible for Building Control oversight.

Our team will review the proposed plans and supporting information, identifying any areas that require further consideration to achieve Building Regulations compliance.

Throughout the construction phase, our inspectors will carry out visits at key stages of the project to assess compliance and provide ongoing support to the project team.

When the works are complete, we'll undertake a final inspection and, subject to satisfactory compliance and receipt of all required documentation, issue a Final Certificate.
