- Registered Building Inspector at either Class 3 G/H or Class 2 A/F
- Living in or within close proximity to Yorkshire
- Strong Communication and organisational abilities
- Conduct field inspections or construction sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one
- Passion for construction and the built environment
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT and digital skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop
